I inquired about the number of reserved handicap parking space in the front of the building. I was told by front desk staff that it's fewer steps to walk from back with reserved handicap parking space around the back of the building. Paying patrons should not have to park behind the building while staff members park in front . Seems like staff and management are not concerned about the safety of their female guest.

We enjoyed our stay at the Extended Stay America. We booked our room on short notice, and needed a disability room that would allow us to have our dog with us. I felt welcome from the time I checked in until I checked out. Whenever I needed ice, I went to the front desk and they provided all I needed. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was also very comfortable. We stayed 3 nights, and on the second night, there was a snow storm. The parking lot and the entrance road was plowed by 9:00 AM. I would stay at this hotel again.

Standard Extended Stay of America room with a kitchenette. Priced higher than most other cities. But I didn't mind the higher prices and fees. The extremely nosy annoying night shift staffs was what bothered me the most and I would never ever return to this location because of them and their obnoxious nosy behaviors especially the 60 ish short, heavy build woman and her blonde hair friend. She watched me closely the second I drove and parked on the parking lot and continued watching me in my car as I was booking for a room online until I stepped out of the car into the lobby. She then opened the door and so pretentiously saying that one of head light was out and that she didn't want me to get pulled over because of it. I'm like and who are you ? She didn't tell me who she was or even if she was an employee. She continues glaring at me as I checked in with the front desk employee. She and her blonde hair friend continued watching me and rudely talked about me from the lobby where they sat the whole entire night, wow !!! Her blonde hair friend also watched me carefully removing my things and groceries as she was smoking outside the front door. Jesus Christ, they treated me as if I was a bad person stealing things from my own car!!! I never felt this horrible staying at any of the other Extended stay of America before. And I have stayed at tons of Extended stay of America after driving cross country all the way from California. These night shift employees were the worst I had ever seen or experienced. If This Extended stay of America in Asheville was the only hotel available next time I'm in Asheville then I'd rather sleep in my own car to save myself from another horrible experience with these employees. If you drove all day of 500 miles like I did, you do not want to come here and experience these pretentious passive aggressive extremely nosy night staffs like I did. There's much better places in Asheville than this.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL!!!! I'm giving a 1 star review because there is no option to give any less. Worse service ever. Had to leave the hotel and find a new one in the middle of the night because when we walked into our room it wasn't clean and it had a big disgusting bug chilling out on top of the AC unit next to the bed. There is no crew available during night hours so nobody to help solving the problem. The most useless receptionist was leaving the premises when I went downstairs to find a solution so Molly stayed for 5 minutes, called someone and told me that the manager will refund my payment in the morning, without even giving any type of apologies, Molly left home and I had to find a new hotel at 11.30pm where to sleep with my family. Worst service that I have ever seen in a hotel. So bad is their service that they can't even get a room clean...and don't forget about the huge bug, that was the worst for me but I guess is normal for their crew since the receptionist didn't showed surprised at all. Go to Quality Inn. Rooms are spotless and the price is better that extended stay. Good luck!!

The room was dirty with used floss sticks on the floor, empty water bottles, and wrappers. They don’t have an ice machine and the one ice tray was empty. We had no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, or soap. WE KILLED SIX STINK BUGS IN THE FIRST HOUR. I travel for work and this is the worst hotel experience in five years. Lousy Wi-Fi.
