Well appointed room; however, it was lacking a microwave. Hot breakfast had pancakes/sausage/eggs/toast. Large parking lot with spaces for vehicles with trailers. Within walking distance of many restaurants. Nice views from rooms and the 2nd floor outdoor veranda. Only two floors and there is an elevator.

HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

We stayed here as a base to visit The Arches Andy Canyonlands - excellent location and value. We were minutes drives to the State Parks and could walk across the street to restaurants at night. Our room was clean and very spacious, the breakfast was excellent - fresh, hot and great variety. It is not fancy but an excellent place...

We were booked to stay 2 nights and elected to stay 1. The room was infested with ants and the walls and ceilings were very thin. The toilet was loose and the person who greeted us when checking in was anything but hospitable. We were doubtful the sheets were clean as we found hairs in the bed (normal check). All...

Dear Michael M, We strive to provide an enjoyable stay for all our guests and I apologize we did not succeed this for your stay. Spring is in the air and this Spring, we were one step behind the ants. Orkin Pest Control was scheduled to treat the outdoor pests when Spring arrives, they have now treated the whole property....

The best thing about this stay was the breakfast. You can find breakfasts that are just cold cereal, or pastries, all day long. You can find lots of places that let you make a waffle. But this place went above and beyond! There were the usual items, but there were also hash browns, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and oatmeal. The...

The lobby and breakfast area appear new and are in good shape. The rest of the hotel (motel?) could use a renovation. The rooms are accessed from the outside parking area via a covered walkway. The flat screen TV is standard definition. The room floors are hard surfaced, which probably makes sense with so much sand around, but causes the...

We stayed at 3 hotels in Moab during this particular trip and frankly, none of the staff were very friendly. This one, however, was the worst. We arrived at 1:30 in the afternoon and asked if it was possible to check in early. The girl who greeted us made it clear that we were interrupting her and rudely told us...

Dear gypsynw, I apologize we were not able to accommodate getting you in a room early, early check-in is based on available rooms at the time. We moved our pancake machine based on our guests' feedback to help with the flow. Thank you for letting us know that we need more signage for the pancake station. We really appreciate guests...

Looked like typical motel from outside but our room was large & clean, with table and chairs.Shower worked well. We slept well as very comfortable beds. Staff were very helpful and friendly, we had issue with telephone in room that was resolved immediately. Breakfast was good, staff were continually cleaning and replenishing. Pancakes cooked to order. We used the laundry...

I stayed at this motel with my boyfriend over the weemkend and I'll be back for sure! Ariel checked us in. She was very friendly and efficient. The only complaint I have is the parking. The location is perfect though!

Hotel was right in town walking distance to shops and restaurants. Walked down the block to book an ATV tour, for instance. Room was nice, beds comfortable, standard breakfast offerings. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very comfortable, it was clean, had lots of room. We did use the hot tub, that was nice. The breakfast was good, everything was fresh looking and they were on top of keeping all items available. The staff was friendly, I would stay here again
