Close to a couple of bars/ restaurants and opposite a food mart however it is a bit of a walk to the main drag of Moab. You could drive there in about 3 minutes though.
Guy on reception was very friendly and helpful.

It's pretty quiet at the hotel, and there is a fantastic trail literally right behind, which goes both north and south and is often used by mountain bikers. There are dozens of hikes within a few miles.
