Perfect location almost across the road from a great supermarket and laundromat. Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast is not included but the adjoining restaurant serves a reasonably priced excellent breakfast from 6.30AM. No elevators so if stairs are a problem request a

The room was quiet and of a good size. Heater/aircon worked well although it was a little loud. Had a brief glitch with the internet that they fixed eventually. The room was really dark as the windows had a treatment in them and the lighting was very dim. Otherwise best in area.

Like many other reviewers, we found the soundproofing to be subpar. Coupled with the absolutely horrible 100% polyester sheets and the stifling air / noisy in-wall air conditioner in the room, it was the worst sleep night of the week-long trip. The sheets did not breathe -

These folks are very correct the café is right next door to the hotel and no breakfast is not included smiles and friendly service is as far as the Moab airport unless you come in on a crop duster there is no shuttle service

Do you give military discount ?
I did not ask about military discounts even though I am a Vet I never ask so I just called the big horn lodge they do give triple A and Veteran discounts the discount is five dollars

Are your room air conditioned? Concerned about the heat in the summer.
I go there the end of August the rooms are air conditioned clean and very comfortable and remember RV parking is very limited
