Stayed here in 2011, we went back with our sons and returned to this same motel. Staff very friendly, rooms very clean and comfortable (seems to be the norm for Hampton Inns). Not sure how, but was booked into the same room I had 4 years ago. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Only a short drive to Arches...

Stayed at this motel four years ago and loved it then. Actually ended up in the very same room I had four years ago. Very clean and friendly staff. Close walking to everything in town. Great place to stay if you are going to Arches National Park which is a must if you are in Moab.

This is just an all around nice hotel! The management worked with us when we checked in earlier then our reservation. The house keeping crew is nice, respectful, and just all around good people. I will be returning to Moab in the next year to come and the Hampton inn has well earned my business. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I was surprised how close the hotel was from the arches national park and the caynonlands. The room was a basic king room, and was ok, Lot of noise the last night there, called front desk, and they seemed to quite the people down....

There are relatively few choices in Moab, and prices at the time we were going were pretty high. As a Hilton Honors member, I got a decent deal on our two nights there, and I had absolutely no complaints about the hotel. We didn't use the pool or many of the amenities other than internet and breakfast. I tend to...

I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this Hampton Inn. Even though there are many choices in Moab, this staff has always gone above and beyond! It's VERY CLEAN, the rooms seem larger than other Hamptons and Breakfast is always wonderful! Make this your choice when going to Moab, Utah!

Came to Moab for the weekend, booked here as it is the only Hilton property in the area. The property is very clean and modern. As such, everything was in great condition from the linens to the furniture to the pool and work out facilities. All the employees were very kind and welcoming, even if they sometimes lacked a professional...

We are Hhonors Diamond which means we have stayed in MANY Hamptons over the years. This was our third stay here. Although we were checked into a room that was not quite cleaned, housekeeping stepped up promptly and did a good job. Our room was quiet, except for the AC which is a must in July. The view we had...

Was visiting arches national park. As hilton gold, stayed here cus it's the only Hilton near Moab. As such the price was pretty pricey for a Hampton inn. It's a few miles from the park. Plenty of parking. Stayed only one night. Place was quiet. Room was standard. Breakfast was free (cereal, egg, potato, muffin, bagel, juice, waffle, a few...

Taking a credit card is a standard procedure to protect the hotel against theft (or property and/or services) and damage. Just because you paid via credit card to the Online Travel Agency does NOT mean that they passed that information on to the hotel. Plenty of OTAs collect the money and the hotel then invoices the OTA for their portion of the rate. Most large chains do have a cash deposit option though they are loath to use it.. be aware of their refund policy some hotels will refund cash deposit via check since the money has been probably been dropped in the safe at the end of the shift of the desk agent that checked you in, so they may not hand you a pile of cash at the end of your stay.
