I got a room here last minute, solely because it is downtown and within walking distance. I instantly smelled cigarettes and mildew when I opened the door to my room. When I went down to ask about moving rooms ....they were not helpful or friendly....More

A group of my family stayed at this hotel lasts October. My brother had made the reservations online (I think through booking com). He also spoke with someone at the hotel several times before we arrived. (However, I think it was a different person each time he called). They still messed up our reservations. He had called to cancel a couple rooms ahead of time, but when we arrived we found out that one had not been cancelled - even though he had supposedly spoken to the manager to do the cancellation. We ended up paying one night for the room that they did not cancel!
