At home in Iowa, we are bombarded with train and other railroad noise 24-7. This was like paradise for us.
The house is a very nice Victorian lady in a quiet neighborhood 3-4 blocks from downtown Bayfield traffic, car ferry etc. It's an easy walk. The room was very pleasant and

"Room #1 has the better views - both are very comfortable."
"Both rooms are beautiful and spacious and the pictures on the website are accurate !"
"There are only 2, ours was great I bet the other is also."
"There are only 2 suites and both are excellent"
"Swede Hill Suite is bright, roomy and beautifully decorated, simple not busy. Very quiet, private with nice bathroom (not shared, which is a dealbreaker for me). Views of Lake Superior from brass bed! Big bed plus a pull out sofa. Big, sunny, with A/C and fans and flat screen TV, in front of home."
