My wife and I stayed at the General Morgan Inn for 1 night on our way to Asheville for a long weekend. I specifically picked this hotel because of the reviews on TripAdvisor and the fact that we wanted to try something different from Hilton...More
A stay at the General Morgan makes every trip to Greeneville very special. The staff, rooms, and excellent lounge and restaurant are true assets to the community. If you need anything, just ask, and they will accommodate. Very special place!

Sorry no room service. If you have a craving after the restaurant closes (appr 10pm), the hotel offers snacks such as chips, crackers, candy bars, etc. at the front desk. If that doesn't suffice, you can try finding a late night bar or restaurant, but you may have to drive 5-10 minutes (if open). Try to get there early enough to eat at the awesome Brumley's restaurant. It's worth it!!!
