This is the second time I stayed here, and I like it even better than the first time! I was in room 604, which is a spacious queen deluxe. Bed was very comfortable -- lovely crisp linens! -- as is the room. The bathroom is not giant, but servicable and pleasant. (Love the big 1875 watt hairdryers too!) The hotel...

I stayed here for 5 nights with my sister in February and it was a lovely experience. The hotel staff are friendly and wonderful (especially the doorman who was always helpful and smiley even though it was -20 degrees Celsius outside) and they even gave us a free room upgrade to the window seated rooms on the 14th floor. Now,...

Very pleasant, attentive and helpful staff across the board. Lovely, comfortable and updated rooms. Nice touches like complementary coffee/hot chocolate/tea and papers downstairs in the morning, afternoon wine tastings and yoga mats in room. Food and wine in the hotel's restaurant were very good. Maybe best ceviche ever. Excellent location. Impressed with housekeeping - good job cleaning room and in...

Great first impression. Bellhop took my luggage out of the taxi and escorted me straight to check-in. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and quiet. Loyalty program offers several nice perks like free newspaper, free wi-fi, and the chance to raid the mini-bar.

Hotel was spotless, great location. Lauren at the front desk made our two children (7 and 9) feel welcome with cookies and milk delivered to the room. A pet goldfish and stuffed animals were also there for them when we checked in. Room was extremely comfortable- we were in a two room suite which gave us room to stretch out....

We stayed here with two teenagers in December 2013. I last stayed at this hotel over ten years earlier and recommended it to the group. I was more than pleased. The Monaco never disappoints! This is a great boutique hotel location near Union Square. Close to shopping, restaurants, sight seeing. The rooms are clean and updated. The staff was wonderful!...

We stayed at the Monaco for a few nights prior to flying to LA to join a Hawaii cruise. Very pleased with everything including a surprise inclusive breakfast. Great location and the staff is everything that we have come to expect in The States. Would go back any time in the future.

I was in San Francisco first week of January for Sales Conference. The Conference was at the SF Hilton. My husband arrived later in the week for a long weekend together. Let me count the ways: 1. The staff. Austen, Lauren, Johnathan and all the others who made sure we were not just cared for but pampered. After a bad start to our trip, with travel woes and issues at another hotel, this team rescued our vacation. 2. The room. Beautiful. Fun. Comfortable. Quiet. Immaculate. 3. The hotel. Gorgeous. 4. We booked a meeting room for 50 people to roll out an important product line in December. The problem was the noise. The room divider was paper thin and we couldn't hear our presentation over the meeting being held adjacent to us. Moreover, the noise from the storage room on the other side of us was disruptive as well. Not...
