This was the first stop on our American honeymoon. We arrived to the very bright and airy hotel lobby around lunchtime and were pleasently surprised by the very helpful receptionists. Especially the black guy (Jeffery I think his name was) who was very jolly and chatty! We went up to our room which was clean and fairly spacious for an...

We booked this hotel as part of a package so as a precaution I emailed ahead to confirm the booking however on checking in (late at night) we were informed that the reservation for one of our two rooms was not effective until the following evening. Not what you really want to hear after an eight hour flight that was...

Please accept my apologies for the difficulties that you encountered during your check-in and the fact that the process took a little longer than we would have liked. I’m really sorry that it happened at such an inopportune time especially after the delays you experienced at the airport. I really appreciate the feedback that you have provided us, this will...

I went to San Francisco on business and needed a reasonably priced place to stay near Union Square. Hotel Vertigo fit the bill - it's decor is not to my taste (a bit too "sterile modern") but I won't hold that against them. The bed was very comfortable, the room was spotless, there is a flat screen TV and upscale...

We have been at the Vertigo about seven times over the past three or four years and find the location perfect for visits to downtown and outlying city areas. Away from the traffic and noise of downtown, it is located in a neighborhood of apartments and many small cafes. The remodeled rooms are much better than before and the service...

We found this quaint, boutique hotel quite by accident and we couldn't have been happier. It's conveniently located near Union Square, busses and trolley cars. The room was charming and comfortable - had everything we wanted, wi-fi, refrigerator, two chairs, a desk and a wonderfully comfortable bed. The hotel staff was very helpful in giving us directions and suggestions for...

I went to San Fran with a number of friends and stayed at the hotel Vertigo which was a perfectly nice hotel.
