We stayed her for one night with another couple. The hotel is conveniently located near Union Square, the Theatre district and other sights. The front desk was super friendly. The rooms while not large are a decent size for 1-2 occupants and were very quiet. The bed was comfortable, and bedding nice. Biggest downside was a tight bathroom which had...

The hotel did not have any air conditioning and we didn't find out until we checked in and had already paid. They said to open the windows, but the hotel is a block away from a hospital and we heard sirens (and loud bar crowds) all night. Overall clean and friendly staff.

We were looking for a comfortable hotel, close enough to the clinic where my brother was due to have surgery on his hip. We also needed something affordable, since this trip was completely off our radar until a couple of months ago. This hotel exceded by far what we expected. Great service and atmosphere. Amazing location (close to bars, restaurants,...

Charming old school hotel, rooms are large with walk in closets, the walls, doors and hallways all have a feel of the past (in a good way). Rooms are immaculate and up to date, fine linens. Bathrooms are spacious, with a tub, somewhat spartan. Although the decor has been updated, this is not a sleek ultra modern style hotel, some...

We stayed at this hotel for five nights. It has a good location, easy to walk to Union square and easy to find buses to take you around town if you want. Room was quite good and the bed was nice. One minus was no air conditioning. Also the wi-fi could be better and also the housekeeping. We stayed for...

Booked online without taking proper account of location which is in an area which is looking rather tired and feels a bit downmarket. Reception area was undergoing some refurbishment. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.Stay was okay and room basic and comfortable but would not want to stay so far from Union Square on next visit

We stayed at the Hotel Vertigo on our recent Road Trip around the Golden Triangle. The hotel's location is ideal for all local amenities. It is value for money, Even though it was going through renovation it was still above standard, The staff were more than helpful. Only downfall is Parking this can be expensive

The room was all right, clean, so was the bathroom. My friends lodged at the first floor complained about loud noise at 6.00 am. The WORST thing is that, after neraly 3 months, I am stiil waiting for the refund of the deposit. It's only 30 dollars, but it is not correct. Furthermore they do not reply to emails!!!
