The hotel is good, the price is very cheap, the location is great, but I think there are two issues which are not so good: 1) too many homeless around, and the parking lot was often full. So we had to pay for a parking in other place :/

The staff was very rude I was early to check in 1:30pm was told I would have to leave and come back at 3pm. When I finally got checked the room was still dirty, had to wait outside the door another 20 mins. The only thing going is the great location and the price was reasonable. But I would have paid more...

I had clients that were in the area to run a race for cancer. Pricing was way out of line but I had to find something that was in their price range. This hotel cost $189.00 per night and should have been slum hotel price of $39.00 . Bullet hole in their window. Door looked like it had been forced...

An ok inn, not the best of neighbourhoods, drugs, people yelling all night and thin walls. You can hear everything people say and do. Do not stay here with kids! The room was clean, and we could walk to the things we wanted to see.

Good people running this place, but the area itself presents a challenge. If you stay on the bottom floor backside, you're walking through urine with homeless people sleeping in the lot behind and talking in the middle of the night. Get a room in front, and you should be ok, though the beds are old.

With in walking distance from Union Square and all the attractions restaurants and night life the city has to offer. NO WIFI in the...

Fantastic for the price and the staff are really helpful and good fun if you take the time to get to know them, especially Christina. It is close to everything and if you're travelling and just need somewhere to sleep and leave your stuff I can't fault it. Yes, there's some dodgy goings on but that's part of its character...

This place is absolutely horrible!!!!! Not only is it on the edge of the tenderloin (apparently San Francisco's equivalent to skid row) the place smells like pee, there's needles all over the place, there's bums shouting across the street and the service is the worst I've ever seen. When we tried to get a refund or bargain with the front...
