After staying at the hotel for the first days of april. my ipad got stolen at the hotel room. I sincerely was expecting more consideration from the hotel. Cause I had been calling to the hotel, back at my hometown in Ecuador. And I still haven got any response. After spending more than a 1000 dollars at the hotel. I...

This hotel is architecturally distinctive with its myriad floors and pristine structural details. The staff are courteous and helpful and always willing to give advice on the best places to eat and shop. The rooms are quite spacious as well. The location of the hotel lends itself to a very central place for shopping, dining, sightseeing tours and just about...

First stay at JW and it was overall great. Attentive and friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location, the beds were comfy. The shower could have been a bit larger or at least a shower head with better pressure but I would stay here again. Breakfast buffet was great. Over priced but that's normal at a fine hotel....

The JW Marriott Union Square has been my go-to hotel in San Francisco for about 5 years. My visit last week was another great stay. The visit started with a warm greeting by the bellhop on the ground level. Check-in was also pleasant. The clerk was extremely courteous and immediately recognized my Platinum status. Unfortunately an upgrade was not available...

Even after calling the night before, on arrival, willibg to pay or pay an upgrade, no was their final answer. My wife booked that hotel and we were dead tired after missing a night. Located just minutes from San Francisco's many great restaurants and attractions, this property is the perfect place to stay for a Bay Area vacation. Walk to upscale shopping, activities in Union Square and the cable car lines. The lobby was lovely (serving popcorn and lemonade of one of the days), our suite was well appointed and the staff was courteous...
