Good points : room was big and comfortable Bad points : noise, we heard the street, the people in the room above us, noice in the technical facilities behind the room, breakfeast room was ok but very limited choice. You have to pay for the parking but the amount is acceptable (17$) compared to other places in SF.

Good location, room was clean & tidy, lot of road noise, staff were friendly & courteous, breakfast room could be bigger for the amount of guests. Not happy having to pay for parking when we stayed for 4 days, we think it should be included in costs. Laundry facilities were very good.Overall we enjoy our stay, we were able to... More

parking cost 17.26, 298 for 2 nights 44.89 in tax totaled 360.15 I liked this motel it felt clean and safe, not exactly the 99 dollar advertised, also no microwave as was advertised. The breakfast offerings were scant, toast, boiled eggs ,yogurt and apples. I will try a diff motel next time but there is no reason not to stay... More

Decent two room suite. Parking a little sparse but the hotel helps you work it out. The walls are a little thin and in our case the neighbors were a little rude but the hotel staff was nice and accommodating and the room was clean and nice. Location was ok, especially if you're willing to use public transportation (highly recommend... More

While this may not be the best place in terms of amenities, for a decent price, you get a clean room in a location that's not too far from major attractions. Our room was adequate for our family of 4, beds were comfortable, and heat/AC worked well. On the downside, the front desk attendant was a bit rude (maybe just... More

As we entered the room i wanted to leave. It was so unwelcoming and cold looking. The room was clean but even though I am not fussy I was upset staying here. We had already paid so we stayed for the two nights. The traffic noise was loud. The breakfast was sufficient enough. There was also a laundry which you... More

Upon arrival at our hotel we noticed the cleanliness of the grounds and hotel itself. Even though we were early for check in the front desk attendant allowed us to place our bags in our assigned room. The only item that wasn't ready was the comforter which was being washed and I would gladly wait for a clean comforter! This... More

Staying in Marina District

Neighbourhood Profile
Marina District
Beautiful homes, beautiful people, and a beautiful backdrop of the Golden Gate Bridge welcome visitors to the Marina. Originally the location for the Panama-Pacific International Exposition in 1915 (whose remnants can be seen at the Palace of Fine Arts), much of the land was filled and flattened to accommodate a world’s fair. That ample space has given way to a jogger’s paradise at the northern edge of the city. With the picturesque bay setting as its backdrop, it’s no surprise that the area has hosted numerous movie productions. Daytime activities focus on café culture and boutique shopping, while the evenings turn this neighbourhood into a party-going hotspot.
