Great place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Booked a club room which included an excellent breakfast each morning. Our room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to many attractions including Fisherman's Wharf, Ghirardelli Square and cable cars. One block to public transportation. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay at different theme in the Room more on the industrial side of decor instead of the nautical side I thought it might have. Beds ok location is what you want here. The bar was great just wish they stayed open Longer.Jackie made us some great drinks.

The hotel is situated very well. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we complained about a yapping dog next door, we were moved immediately to a suite. Couldn't be more helpful and eager to please. Didn't eat there just had breakfast which was totally overpriced and typically "hotel".

We had a room here with two 2 queen beds. The room was a decent size, and we liked the industrial/modern decor quite a bit. It's within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39, and there are lots of places to eat nearby! (There's also a Safeway, CVS, and Trader Joe's within a few blocks.) It was clean, friendly,...

I have never been to San Francisco before, but I heard so many great things about the pier. I found this hotel and I was so pleased initially. The decor is lovely and the theme of the hotel is very fitting to the location. At bedtime, all I heard were ship blow-horns outside, children running and laughing in the halls...

Let me start by admitting any hotel that charges nearly $50 for parking per night loses my loyalty. In US often public areas of hotels are amazing and rooms dated, these rooms are warehouse industrial chic but cold and dark. You have to fiddle with lights, find surface space whilst listening to every conversation in the corridor. Surface over substance....

We stayed with our two children in a room with 2 queen size beds. The décor was different to most hotels which was lovely to enjoy. Most of the staff were really helpful, although we did have an incident upon arriving. Our booking couldn't be found. The staff member dealing with this was not very helpful and left us feeling...

I think we were really lucky with this hotel as I booked it whilst it was under refurbishment at half the price of other hotels, such as the Holiday Inn on the next block. At the time the reviews seemed to suggest it was a little dated but clean and cleanliness as for most people will be the biggest concern....

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located at the intersection of historic North Beach and world-renowned Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 2620 Hotel is the ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking a break from the ordinary. Because we believe your San Francisco experience shouldn't have to end when you walk into your hotel. We call it "urban sleek," our guests describe it as "industrial chic," "hip nautical," and simply "one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in." We're unlike anything else you'll find in Fisherman's Wharf, which is exactly how we like it. Renovated in late 2015, the largest standard guestrooms in the area feature a meticulously curated waterfront-themed décor, with high-end custom finishes. All rooms include: Serta Platinum Suite II mattresses, 55" flat screen TVs with media hubs, complimentary WiFi, eco-friendly bath amenities, in-room safes, mini-fridges and coffee makers. Onsite parking, access to a VIP Club Lounge and 24-hour fitness center are just the start of what makes Pier 2620 Hotel the perfect home away from home. Pier 2620 Hotel's prime location and variety of transportation options provides travelers with easy access to a variety of areas for work and play, including: Moscone Center, Fort Mason, Union Square, SOMA, the Financial District, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Cable Cars, Ghirardelli Square, Little Italy, Chinatown and the Embarcadero. ... more   less
