We just visited this location and we were nothing but satisfied with our stay. My husband called ahead and let them know the nature of our trip. We've been promising our niece a 1-1 trip to anywhere she wanted to go when she was 10....that was 5 years ago. She choose San Francisco. We have family in the area so...

Great location, however I feel like the restaurant prices are high and no concierge lounge, I feel like a get better value for my money at other nearby hotels that offer a great concierge lounge for breakfast and night time snacks with great prices on wine... also this property tends to be on the noisy side and I did not...

This hotel is perfectly located so you can easily go shopping, catch BART or Muni to all over SF or the Bay Area, great restaurants and bars super close....we had a great time! We would definitely stay at this Hilton again.

This hotel is creved in the of the city and is walkable to several interesting attractions downtown. Clean and wide rooms, complimentary coffee, mini bar, soft and comfortable beds, honest but pricey breakfast (~$30 per person if your reservation doesn't include it). This is a great hotel indeed. Complimentary Wi-Fi works perfectly. Great and positive experience here.

Stayed here for one night. Overall it was just an average experience. Pros: -Excellent location. You are just two minutes from the trolley. You can walk many places from here. -Lobby and fitness center were very nice -Elevators are cool. You type in which floor you are going to prior, and it directs you to which elevator to go to....

I stay in this Hilton property for one night in late March. In general, it is a pleasant experience. I have chosen my room via the Hilton Honor apps in advance. Lucky to secure a corner room 2369 as there are lots of windows and I can have a better look around the city. My room is big. There is...

We booked the hotel thinking it was a nice location but didn't know it was an old hotel. It's a block from the subway station and from most stores around Union Square. There are also quite a few homeless people around the area. Depending on the price you booked, it could be value for money. They also added a $100...

A special thank you to Cristina for an especially friendly and efficient check-in. Great expertise and professionalism yet making us feel like "family". Love the design of this hotel and the location for downtown San Francisco is unequalled. Modern comfortable rooms with commanding city views. Excellent buffet breakfast with great coffee.

Good hotel, but a little limited. The from was nice. Elevators were fast. They have a lounge/bar/restaurant. Food is adequate, but not great. The hotel, like the companion Union Square Hilton has a very confusing layout and feels small. A good stay, but not great.
