The room was tiny, as was the bathroom. There is no housekeeping. You can ask for more towels or sheets, but you put them on. No one takes out the trash. There is no bar/lounge/room service/dining area, despite those amenities listed. It was okay-clean. Paid $75 for daily valet-which frequently took over 40 minutes to get the car--if they bothered to call us when it was there. Mosquitos all over the room. Didn't want to open the windows because of that. View of vacant building inches away. Closet so small that it was useless and knob to closet door fell off first day. The front desk barely acknowledged guests. Every morning we would wake up to a tiny, dingy, depressing room. It was great incentive to get out and see the city. Will never go to this hotel again
Hotel Abri has a great location, safe parking (if you are driving like we were) and is a very nice hotel for the price. We enjoyed our stay. Located in Union Square it was perfect for walking, getting a trolly or Uber/Lyft to get where you need to go in San Francisco! Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, we felt safe. Would recommend
We loved our stay at Hotel Abri. By far the best aspect was the front office personnel. Friendly and quick to check us in. They always asked us if we needed anything whenever we entered or left. They gave us a nice welcome bag with water and wine. Room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we return to San Francisco.
We enjoyed our three nights in Hotel Abri. This hotel was very centrally located, was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel does not have a restaurant or bar but there are many choices for food nearby.
So glad we decided to say at the Hotel Abri! It was the perfect location for exploring San Francisco and the room was comfortable. The staff at the front desk was polite and helpful and made the check in process simple! The beds were comfortable and the room was plenty of space for two people. Excellent stay!
A quaint little boutique hotel in a great location near Union Square. The mattress needed to be replaced (comfy but very loud like a broken spring or something) but otherwise it was great. Small room but had everything we needed. Parked overnight at the O'Farrell and Ellis garage and walked everywhere.
Cosy rooms and hotel is easy accessible. There was a bit of a weird smell in the room, but we got used to that. Overall, we had a great experience. We travelled with two kids and had everything we needed.
The hotel location is great for the city centre. Unfortunately the great location is undermined by the poor cleanliness of the rooms and that you don’t get clean towels daily. Our bathroom only had less than half a roll of toilet paper when we arrived. Our room was also very dark and needed a good paint to brighten it up.
Loved my stay here. Feels like a boutique hotel. Free parking, valet, spacious, clean/chic rooms and dog friendly. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Met the GM who was great as well. Def recommend.
We stayed here in July 16-20/ 2022 with my son. The entire staff was just so friendly and the hospitality was 5-star. They really made an effort to make our stay special every step of the way. The hotel grounds are gorgeous. Well done to the whole team you made great memories for us and we will surely return to this hotel for
