I had a great stay at the Inn at Market. I found the staff and owner to be extremely professional and personable. The room was super clean, I was impressed. I would definitely stay there again. I found the room to be comparable to a corporate hotel without the price. There isn't parking on site but there are plenty of parking garages around. (FWIW: I parked at the Performing Arts garage which is under a 10 minute walk as it allows overnight parking. The closer ones I found do not.)
Have never met any worse staff than on this hotel. I really want everyone to stay away from this hotel to avoid a bad start of your San Francisco experience. The staff literally just stares at you, says nothing and are being extremely rude when you try to get on with your reservation.
We made reservations 3 weeks ahead had comfamation and the day we arrived they said they didn’t have my room same for my friend that booked that same time. Don’t bother with this place they didn’t even care or try to figure anything else out for us. Worst place ever dirty dark disgusting. Don’t do it.
This place is horrible - immediately the staff “couldn’t find” our reservation, despite the confirmation we handed them. After a few minutes of arguing with them, they “found” it and then attempted to charge us for the stay. They claim that our cards kept declining, and refused to take cash. When I went around the corner to watch them try my to run my card, “suddenly” it worked. These people are crooks. The “hotel” turned out to be more of a hostel. We booked a room with two beds, and it was bunkbeds. There isn’t private bathroom for guests, it is a community bathroom with water that hardly runs. You’ll find better and cleaner bathrooms at a campground. The mattresses were terrible, and the place smelt like cat piss and mold.
I Stayed there for couple of weeks last month . The Cleanness And Facilities Provided in rooms are quite good and would love to stay again if i get change and whenever i come to San Francisco. The Prices for the rooms were reasonable and not so expensive according to the service and things provided at the hotel.
We booked this last minute for three people for six nights. We thought it was a good find but found it very odd that it wasn't really a hostel or a hotel. It seemed to be student accommodation for a nearby university. However the room was clean, we had our own space, access to laundry and kitchen facilities and a private bathroom. The service wasn't very friendly or helpful but the location was average with the F-market streetcar stops outside the door and a supermarket on the corner. Although it was a alright place to be I wouldn't be in a hurry to recommend it as a first choice.
The service at this "hotel" was appaling - you could not get more rude and unfriendly. They claimed not to know about our reservation and charged us well over the odds, and the original quoted price because we arrived late at night. The rooms were dirty, dated and just eurgh.....bathrooms were very creepy and old. I never ever want to stay anywhere like this again!!
