Thank you for a fantastic stay. The room we reserved was not available so our parking ($50) and breakfast ($78) were comped. The room was exceptional. High tech interactive TV. bed was so comfortable - shower fantastic. The breakfast was my only complaint but because we didn't pay for it I will not underrate them. Please do better on the...

This hotel is within a few blocks of fisherman's wharf and is the nicest of the hotels I've stayed at in this area (I've also stayed at the Hilton, Marriott and Holiday Inn). The bed was so comfortable that I slept straight through the night (this is very unusual for me). The only negative thing that happened was at about...

Locals like us (we live on the Monterey Bay) usually disparage Fisherman's Wharf, but we've stayed all over the City and this is now the place we always come back to. Why? Nice rooms, great service, a pool, valet parking, walking distance to North Beach, Scoma's Restaurant and Forbes Island and, let's face it, quite a few other things worth...

From check in to check out, the Hyatt FIsherman's Wharf never met expectations. We had a hard time finding the entrance initially, so we had a thrilling view (and smell) of homeless people as we walked up to the hotel. I know The Hyatt doesn't control where homeless people stay, but the overall initial impression was not great. Our room...

Effie at the Concierge desk is amazing! This is my 2nd visit back to the Hyatt Fisherman's Wharf and the main reason is due to Effie's smile, warm greeting, and excellent follow up. Kat in the PM shift was equally 100% service oriented and we had a great laugh during check in. I left my ring in my pocket and...

We stayed at this hotel recently. Although the room itself was tastefully decorated and very updated, there are a few things that I need to comment on. We were booked to the third floor which is literally right beside the pool area. As a result we could not open up our curtains during the day because people could literally see...

A very nice hotel with an extremely comfortable bed, I wanted to take it home with me, great location and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our visit and would love to come back. The pool and spa pool were very welcome after long walks around the city.

We stayed for 4 nights here in may 2015. They first gave the room next to the 19th century built elevator which one sound more than it works. Upon request they changed the room next day, however, due to ongoing renovation our stay was not as pleasant as expected. Since room rates are very high due to the location, they...
