Arrived after 7 hours traveling and was told we had to wait a few minutes to check in. Promptly told "check-in is at 3." A hotel this size has no clean rooms available just a little before check-in?? I thought I had lucked out when Marriott ran a special and was able to booked this for a bit over $200...

We arrived at about 9:30 am after the finish of our cruise. To our surprise our room, which was a one bedroom suite with two queen beds and sofa bed for five adults, was ready. Wow what a great start. Additionally, Jennie, at the desk was very efficient and informative. Everyone we encountered at this hotel was very courteous and...

1 Block to Fisherman's Wharf and all of the activities. Room was up to Courtyard's above average standards and the concierge service was very attentive. Just know that breakfast is NOT included, as is customary though they do have a small area where you can get something, but you would do better going across the street. Would definitely stay here...

Nice place to stay. Great location, very clean, rooms are large, beds are comfortable, good cable programs. May be there is some other hotels in the area which is more trendy and more fashionable but this courtyard Marriott by far is most make sense hotel, comfortable, clean, it has nice friendly stuff etc. Won't disappointed for sure, location is the...

We stayed here, due to a flight delay from Chicago we had a late checkin, this wasn't an issue and reception looked after us. The rooms are not the greatest but very functional and very clean, large bathroom, office/desk, large bedroom area etc but then again when in San Fran you don't want to be in your hotel room. We...

We only needed to stay one night for an appt on Mon. Wanted to be near the wharf for a nice walk and dinner out. This hotel is a block away from wharf and walking distance to many attractions on the wharf as well as The Cannery and Ghiradelli Square. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lobby was...

We loved this hotel. We have a family of 6 . This hotel was wonderful. Lots to do within walking distance. Hotel staff was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. We mistakenly left our child's backpack at the hotel when checking out. The housekeeping staff was very kind. They mailed it back to us. I would definitely recommend this place!

this is truly a TOURIST hotel, so if you are comfortable and familiar with San Francisco, stay somewhere else. The good? There's an In-N-Out Burger next door. And free wifi. everything else is kind of blah and hum-drummmm. We had a one bedroom suite with the strangest floor plan. The A/C blows directly onto the bed and onto the desk,...

Thank you for the review. We apologize for the inconvenience of the air condition unit location and how it is situated in the room. We offer many different floor plans as options for our guests. We will be sure to share your comments with our corporate office when it comes time to renovate. We hope you will reconsider your decision...

Overall we had a great stay, the hotel was clean and centrally located. I was a bit disappointed in the valet service, they could not accommodate us (we had a cargo carrier on our SUV). I knew this would be the case, but I was hoping that they could offer alternatives or advice, but they "didn't know what to tell...
