Yes, our hotel has plenty of restaurants nearby that our guests enjoy venturing out to! I can certainly understand your surprise walking into the restroom and seeing that it was not properly cleaned, I know I would have been too. I do sincerely apologize for...More
I requested a higher floor for a view and don’t regret it at all. We had room 2325 and it was at the end of the hall of floor 23. The pillows and the bed were extremely comfortable and I loved the smell of the...More

I'm glad to hear the Front Desk Agent was able to accommodate you with a room on a higher floor. After a long day of sight seeing, it's nice to return to a room with comfortable bedding! We do hope to welcome you back.

The California Cable Car line is right at the corner of the hotel and is a great starting point to sight see.
Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the city and is home to amazing architecture and views. The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that
followed. Luckily all is not lost; storied hotels and Grace Cathedral surround Huntington Park. Having a drink or dinner while taking in the sunset and views at the "top of the Mark" is tough to beat.

Yes. there are several van services from both OAK and SFO. Find the basic information by searching each airport's ground transportation options and then using the corresponding websites to make you choice and reserve.
