We are pleased you found the rate to be affordable for the city of San Francisco. Holiday Inn Civic Center agrees that safety should come first and foremost. This is why we require active key cards to enter all hotel elevators, restrooms, facilities, and guest...More
We stayed for 3 days on business. Hotel was clean, room was nice. No complaints about the hotel or service. The location, however, is not pleasant. The "tenderloin" district we were told. We mentioned the hotel location to a couple of local business partners and...More

Our hotel’s location does provide easy access to areas such as Union Square. Parking in San Francisco is an additional expense as with most major cities with high-demand and limited real estate. As such, we aim to provide great value with our parking facilities including...More

Also Known As
Holiday Inn Civic Center (San Francisco) Hotel San Francisco ,
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
Sorry for the late response - we have just returned from two weeks in Cuba. I can't answer your question about parking as we were part of a coach tour but the parking facility seemed to be well managed.
