I booked two rooms for a 4 night family get away - one suite and one regular room. We were very pleased. The regular room had a kitchenette with mini fridge, sink and microwave. The suite had a separate master bedroom with two double beds plus a living room with double murphy bed, a full kitchen, dining area and good...

For the past seven years, Beresford Arms Hotel has been our go-to hotel when traveling to San Francisco. It is in the perfect location, central to all the main sights in the city. There is no parking at this hotel, but there is a parking garage nearby. The hotel is an older historic building, but the rooms are maintained and...

I can't say enough about how much our group enjoyed the quaint, comfort of the Beresford Arms! It's been a few years since I've been able to join our group for our annual gathering. The moment we walked in we were greeted by the friendly staff, who took our luggage, distributed room keys, then poured us each a glass of...

We stayed there on a saturday night. It seemed very nice and cute (dated but cute). However around 2am I guess the club across the street let out and it was SO loud for a few hours. We kept trying to turn the thermostat fan on but nothing would keep the noise down. I ended up not getting much sleep...

The price was great for the location (near Union Sq and close to everything the area offers on foot, so super practical) at much less than $200/night. There are a few restaurants right across the street. The room and bathroom were spacious and the beds super cozy and it has a kitchenette with a full fridge, should you want to...

Friendly staff, big rooms, comfortable beds and a working wifi makes this hotel a good option if you need a short stay in the city. The only downside of my stay was the breakfast, with not some many options and served in the lobby

I loved this hotel! I stay in SF every 3 weeks or so and this is one of the best hotels that I have found. Aside from the perfect location (short walking distance to Union Square), the staff is warm and welcoming, especially Abdon, who went over and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. The afternoon wine and...

I stayed at Beresford Arms when I was in town on business. I usually stay at Marriott properties but they were extremely expensive due to a conference in town. The hotel is older and the furniture, carpet etc is very dated although it was clean. The room was pretty noisy from street noise so it might not be best for...

This hotel was central to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Perfect place to grab a Lyft right up front. There was a little tienda across the street, restaurants littered all over the area, and walking distance to Chinatown and Union Square. Check in was smooth, although heaven forbid the staff smile or act serviceable in any way. The...
