This hotel is 4 mins walk from the BART. That means you can get off the plane at San Francisco airport, hope on the BART, get off at Powell Street and walk 4 mins to the hotel. You do have to negotiate and escalator coming out of the BART which was broken when we where there, this made it hard...

We booked a family room which was a bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bedroom with a connecting bathroom. The room was hot hot hot. We had it explained to us that the city controls the heating and it's on around 6 hours a day. Having the ceiling fan on worked well though, cooled the room down. I...

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. The location is ideal and the room has a good size (we had a deluxe room with private bathroom). There is no breakfast option, but the room had a fridge and coffee making facilities. Unfortunately there was only one chair in the room, so no sitting together for breakfast and we used the ironing...

We booked 2 of the hotel's Deluxe room with 2 Queen beds for 7 of us. The rooms were clean, big, had plenty of power sockets, no budgeting of bathroom amenities(large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided), good WiFi (we use it a lot) and LCD TV. What I liked best is its great location by being close...

The rooms are fairly basic but in terms of value for money it's great. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable (pillows could be better), we had a private bathroom which was fine. Hard to beat location, less than 5 min walk from the Bart station and cable car turnaround. Would be happy to stay there again.

Very clean room. Very centrally located. Can walk to many shops and downtown locations. Didn't sleep well because of the noise and lack of air conditioning. No breakfast, but many options within 100m radius.

San Francisco is definitely an expensive place to go and stay. We stayed in one of there Deluxe room and had a view on Powell street which was cool. We didn't find it really noisy like some other comments I've read . The bed was comfortable enough. Everything was clean and the staff was really friendly. The only comment I...
