We stayed with my husband for our wedding anniversary. Reached out to hotel and mentioned about our special occasion. It was very sweet to receive a card with a bottle of wine congratulating us on our special event. We loved loved hotel. The room is just spotless, Huge Kudos to Housekeeping Team and its leadership. The view from the room was breathtaking. We can't wait to return and stay again with the Stanford Court Hotel.
Check in was fast. Shout out to Armando who gave me an upgrade to the best corner room with a view! The room was clean and spacious. The bed was super comfy! Major assistance with the jet lag. There was a coffee maker in the room with Coffee bean and tea leaf pods. The conditioner absolutely made my hair shiny. There was a ref and wine opener for my wine. The bar served great cokcktails and delicious buffalo wings. Robert was super helpful with the bags. I would come back with my family for the room good for 4 despite being a solo traveler this time. ❤️
This was my first stay at Stanford Court but certainly not my last. Was very impressed. Great room, great bed and great location in the heart of San Francisco. Nevertheless, the hotel was relatively quiet. My room had small awning windows that could be opened for ventilation (was great to get some fresh air), and it had a great view. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Wifi was good. TV included Chromecast for streaming your own apps such as Netflix, etc. Overall great stay in excellent location at a decent price.
My wife and I recently stayed here and loved the hotel and location on Nob Hill! We loved our corner room with a view of the Transamerica Pyramid and the cable car crossing right outside at California and Powell streets. The hotel was very clean, buzzing with activity, and we enjoyed their daily hot buffet breakfast (for an extra fee). Hotel staff was great and we felt very safe in this neighborhood! Nob Hill is our new favorite SF neighborhood!
Great service, great staff, super location!!! Our 1st time in SF. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Close to Chinatown, cable cars were on this street, ballpark was 15 minutes.
An excellent place to stay, very good location. Everything is nearby with both trolley lines feet away from the hotel entrance. The personel are very helpful with all your needs. The only detail is a Urban Fee.
I love this hotel! It is clean, quiet and very close to many good spots in San Francisco. But what I really love about this hotel is the staff! I had some problems with my flight back home and everyone there helped me, calmed me down and cleared things for me. They were so kind and warm - I really love them! I can only recommend this hotel. It`s the best hotel to stay in San Francisco. When I come back I will stay there again, definitely.
This place is literally on a cable car route, right next to China Town, easy walk to Union Square. The $35/day "Urban" fee is ridiculous of course. It includes wifi, coffee, 'premium' tea, but the coffee/tea is only available in the morning - Stanford: please make it available all day! The Staff were super nice. Rooms were nice although our view was of a wall. I'd stay again!
The biggest scandal is the urban bundle fee. You paid almost 38$ per day and for nothing The hotel seems to offer a lot of services for example tee, coffee, bicycles, custom walking and joggings map, newspapers but nobody explain those services during check in. The worst i have asked a map but there were none a available. Not a great customer service.
We enjoyed our stay, the rooms are spacious and staff helpful. It’s at the top of hill which is tough to walk up but fun and you can always get an Uber or tram up. The location is good for union square. There is an amazing breakfast place near by called Honey Honey! I would highly recommend a visit the pancakes are amazing!
