I always have a great stay at intercoms, staff are courteous and always helpful, the hotel rooms are really clean and nicely laid out. Hotel is a short walk to Union Square, China town, no shortage of good places to eat locally.

I stayed at this hotel in July 2012 when I booked it direct. This time it was a Priceline Express hotel so I did not know what hotel it was until it was booked. I was happy when I i found out the name. The hotel and room were very nice as I had remembered them. There was only one...

I spent 3 nights at this hotel last week during the busy Google conference. Everything just works. The location is fantastic - right in the best area and close to all the interesting bars, restaurants and sites. The service was excellent - nothing too difficult to do. The food was great and the room very comfortable and clean. This sets...

Several clients and my company book rooms in this hotel to serve as both conference rooms and host out-of-town colleagues. The price is insanely expensive, and although you do get what you would expect from a InterContinental, it's really not that great comparing with other properties outside of US. Rooms on the high floors offer sweeping view of San Francisco,...

I had a lovely stay here in early March. Melodie checked me in, and she was kind, warm and efficient. She gave me a wonderful room on the 23rd floor with a fantastic view! This hotel has a very nice gym and heated lap pool, a definite plus for those who like to exercise. Also, there is a gorgeous balcony...

Hotel staff is very courteous and the property has been kept in very good condition. They even offered a complimentary champagne bottle for our anniversary stay which was awesome. Spa measseuse was very professional with great attention to detail. Clean, inviting facility. Loved the whole experience.

It feels very corporatey, maybe it's because it's so close to Moscone, every time I'm here it remind me of work (and I like my work). nothing pops out or sticks out. View is nice if you stay on top floor though.

We had a nice visit. The staff was very friendly especially to the baby, which was nice. The rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom seemed a little outdated. The fitness center and pool were a nice touch.

Stayed here for a business conference. Hotel has great facilities and room was nice and quiet. Well located. Dined at the restaurant and the food was great. Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in San Fran.

My review focuses on the quality of our experience for a 2-day stay a few weeks ago. From the moment we set foot in the door and checked in, we were greeted by the front-desk agent, Melody, who was excellent. She was friendly, accommodated our request for a high floor (upgrading our view in the process), and she unexpectedly gave...

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
