Worst hotel i've visited. Shady neighborhood, dirty hotel and the Asian manager is the most unprofessional piece of turd I've ever come across. Sleep on the bench at Union square rather than renting a place here.
Nice staff, interesting local scene.
In the hub of Downtown San Francisco . A delightful rest stop for weary travelers on a budget.
Knowledgeable about the region, and helpful in every way.A must see for the initiates in world city travel.
The location of this hostel is down some back streets in the more dangerous side of San Francisco. Although it is fairly easy to access from the airport, be aware of your surroundings as people loiter on the streets. The hostel itself does not feel...More

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
