We recently had the opportunity to stay the Hotel Adagio and would highly recommend you do the same. From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIP guests. The hotel's lobby decor is fresh, trendy, comfortable and well appointed. We had the pleasure of being helped at the front desk by Christopher. You can tell he loves what he...

I just got back from a four-night stay at the Hotel Adagio, and overall I was quite satisfied. When I think of a boutique hotel, this is what I think of - intimate public spaces, funky decor overlaid on older construction, and guest rooms with modern amenities and nice bed linens. Though the room was a bit larger than what...

I visit SF every year, and usually stay at the larger Hilton or Marriott brands. This year, I chose the Hotel Adagio because I was tired of parking in a large garage and schlepping bags a long distance into a hotel lobby overrun with hundreds (no exaggeration) of tourists. Even better, valet parking here was simple, no line to check...

Great price on a nice hotel with 2 Queen beds! Hard to find many reasonable hotels in SFO with 2 Queen beds in a standard room. Great staff. Nice lobby bar. Very comfy and we got it at a great rate of less than US$130. Great value. Valet pricing at $US59 for 24 hours but all the parking in San...

I thought that Autograph was a special brand in the Marriott collection but this property had the feel of a youth hostel. Maybe this was a converted space but honestly I think the Marriott Union Square is a much nicer property or the Marriott Marquis. I expected a lot more based on the other Autograph that I have stayed at....

Hi Windycityfamily, Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We are extremely embarrassed to hear that your impression of our hotel feels like a youth hostel. We take great pride on our products and services, so we are very disappointed that you left feeling this way. The Autograph Collection concept is that each hotel is selected...

We were greeted with open arms upon arrival. The hotel is well located, a short walk from all the action. The rooms were nice - not the nicest autograph I have been in, but above average. The Adagio does have a small restaurant / bar. The food is good; drinks are good. Breakfast is also available.

The Adagio is a semi-boutique hotel, part of the Marriot's Autograph collection. The rooms tend to be a bit small, but comfortable. The service is about average for a luxury hotel. The location on Union Square is within walking distance of shopping and tourist destinations. There are homeless crowding the streets all around the hotel, but that is pretty much...

This was our first trip to San Francisco. We had picked this hotel as we had stayed at autograph collections before and loved them. Pros - The staff were very friendly and recommend how we could spend our weekend, and gave us ideas on what to see. - Good size room Cons - Far from Fishermans Wharf (which is where...

I frequent SF for work and stayed at the Adagio for the first time this past trip. From the start, Cytheria (the front desk agent) made such a genuine effort at check in to ensure that I was set up for a great stay. She was kind, charismatic, and asked questions to see if there was anything she could do...

Great boutique hotel managed under the Marriott umbrella. I stay in hotels more than 150 nights on business a year traditionally at large corporate properties. I took my Mom & Aunt to San Francisco for a girls' shopping trip. I chose Hotel Adagio because of the close proximity to Union Square (2 blocks). The hotel is quaint and has narrow...
