Tiny rooms and the rest is awful: no cleaning, shower half working, wi-fi not working, breakfast is included but they pffer nothing. I was there with my friends and for the same price I know I could have taken much better options...More

They put us in the room above the reception, windows were so bad that you felt like sleeping right next to the highway, very loud. Tv was crooked, shelve falling off the wall, room was beat up, breakfast .... joke. For $200 a night a...More

We stay here on frequent visits to SF. The rooms and beds are comfortable, and light breakfast is adequate (coffee shop across street sells hot breakfast sandwiches for a change on some days). Love the microwave and frig in rooms (tiny grocery across street or...More

We stayed here for a two night trip. Bedding was new, with what I would describe as blocky firm pillows. Our room on the third floor (207) was quiet, but quite dark as it was tucked around the corner. The bathroom was remodeled with a...More

Russian Hill
Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential
neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner.
Combined with several great cafes, restaurants,
antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any
visitor would gladly leave their heart in San
Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down
Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world,
and make the slow creep downhill past charming period

Parking is free, but I'd say they only have about 15 spots. I got there early and it wasn't a problem, but it filled up fast. It's one of the last hotels in the Wharf area with free parking that I know of.
