I have stayed here several times in the last year, most recently at Thanksgiving. People giving negative reviews do not have realistic expectations. Remember this is a motor inn; this is not a full-service Marriott (which is always up to 3x this price + extra...More

Dear Sandy, thank you so much for your feedback. We are very happy that we were able to provide you with a clean and comfortable place to stay at a great location. We would love to have you with us again in the future!
Tiny rooms and the rest is awful: no cleaning, shower half working, wi-fi not working, breakfast is included but they pffer nothing. I was there with my friends and for the same price I know I could have taken much better options...More

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.
Parking is free, but I'd say they only have about 15 spots. I got there early and it wasn't a problem, but it filled up fast. It's one of the last hotels in the Wharf area with free parking that I know of.
