Stayed here 3 nights as a married couple and 18-yr old son in a 1-bed suite at rear ground level 1 (no views) with pullout queen sofa bed in living area. The big pluses were the great location and spaciousness of the apartment. Ours was...More

This hotel is spacious and in a fabulous location.
Unfortunately they advertised the courtyard as a communal living room. All the bedrooms face this communal living room, so when guests decide to avail themselves of additional space at 2 am speaking loudly on the speaker...More

I'm not sure about the housekeeping schedule as I have only stayed for weekends and did not require or request any service. The reception desk is 24/7 and very accommodating. When we were last there last December we were greeted with a glass of good wine and patient, courteous service. Very much appreciated after fighting the San Francisco rush hour traffic and a nice way to start our mini vacation!
