My daughter and I stayed here last week and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. The food at the restaurant was good but spendy but so is everything else in San Francisco. The location was really good. They have a Walgreens right around the corner that sells food...

This hotel was rundown, poorly managed, and felt more like a hostel. With regrets we stayed here during a major renovation on the main entrance. The elevator was so slow and so small I wouldn't even bother. Faster to carry luggage up 4 flights than wait for the elevator to open. Breakfast was something I would rather skip as I...

Thank you for choosing Hotel Fusion as part of your San Francisco experience. Construction was finished few months ago. Our new lobby opened in the end of August 2016. Complimentary continental grab-n-go breakfast has been discontinued. Breakfast is available for purchase in our new restaurant, Taste on Ellis. Our new Lobby Bar is also opened.

Stayed here for a trade show that was over at the Moscone Center. It was just a short less than 10 minute walk. Being right in the Union Square area was also really convenient to a lot of great place to grab food and drinks. As for the hotel, it looks like it was recently renovated. The lobby is quite...

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Close to all kinds of public transportation. Near a ton of stores and restaurants. Updates rooms makes this a perfect place to stay while seeing San Francisco. Rooms are not big but are comfortable.

Nice staff, rooms okay but not the best (feel a bit outdated). Ventilation shafts really noisy first room was terribly loud and staff very helpful to change rooms ... but it's still fairly loud! Very central for business/tourist.

Stayed here from the 12th to 18th of February, 2017. Stayed on the 5th floor. Not much of a view but my room was clean and linens and towels were fresh. I was happy with the pillows in the bed but the pillow menu was an awesome touch. I don't know if it was jetlag, or the busy days, but...

The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Very close to union square and all the sites of SF. Downfall was the club that closed at 2am and the loud very obnoxious people. For 2 hours people just hung out and yelled. I don't know why security did not have them leave the area. You can also hear the...

My friends stayed at the Parc 55, formerly the Nikko. I couldn't afford that so I got something close by. Here goes: Staff is friendly and capable (Nica, concierges); condition is aging but clean; only one tiny elevator; there is a club next door so Wednesday on you got the thump thump thump for quite a while at least on...

Very good hotel, offering great rates. Can't beat the location, close to Union Square,Powell St Cable car, Powell St BART and shopping and restaurants at your doorstep. Only negative room was dark as it faced a central courtyard.

The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are nice but if u want a good nights rest forget about it... There were water pipes running through our rooms and a loud lounge next door keeping you up...
