My only complaint is with the slow free internet service (there was a premium to pay for acceptable service speed) as it took 10 minutes to download documents I would otherwise receive in a few seconds.

This is a very nice hotel right off Market Street, a short walk to Union Square, even shorter walk to cable car turnaround or Moscone Center, a long stroll to the Ferry Building, right by street cars, BART, bus, etc.
