There was miscommunication between the conference housing office and the hotel which meant that when we arrived off an overnight long haul flight the Four Seasons had lost our booking.
Despite us showing them a recent confirmation and there being rooms available, rather than put...More

I just stayed one night and I loved every minute of my stay. The rooms are spacious, quiet, with nice room darkening drapes and perfectly functioning air conditioning. Of course, the bed is perfect, superlative bedding, as you would expect from the Four Seasons! The...More
As my husband was out of town Mother's Day weekend, I decided to take my young boys for a fun day in the city. I booked the hotel thru my platinum amex utilizing the fine hotels feature. Check in was swift. Apparently we were upgraded,...More
Friendly and helpful staff with excellent accommodations. Hotel very conveniently located near convention center and in the heart of Market Street with many dining options. Staff were very helpful in helping me coordinate transportation to airport.

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
I have one window that can be opened in the bedroom for the perfect amount of breeze/fresh air. I have a corner room with windows on 2 sides but I am happy with the window on the market street side that opens.
