The Four Seasons always provides a great home base for business travel. The rooms are very comfortable and quiet - you would never know you are right on Market St. The conference rooms and meeting space were great. I am impressed by the consistently outstanding staff.

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend and were overwhelmed. In typical Four Seasons style, the service and amenities are over the top. Our concerns to the front desk were managed promptly and professionally. Facilities overall are incomparable. What else can I say?

Travelling alongside my husband and toddler we had the pleasure of stopping for two nights in a Executive Suite Room. Although the hotel is mainly for business travellers we were pleasantly surprised to receive such a warm welcome as a family. The suite was spacious with a separate living room / bedroom which we basically used as a 2bed room....

Luxury hotel with the best location in town. Near all major attractions. Great for shopping and dinning. Easy access from Market and 3rd Streets. The service is impeccable. The rooms need a little upgrade (more modern and luxury decor needed).

We enjoyed having you and your family join us. It was great to hear that the hotel's location helped with easy access to all the nearby sights and shopping. We are always looking for feedback about the guest rooms, and I appreciate your note about it needing a little upgrade. I look forward to your return! Regards, Christian Klaus Hotel...

By car you enter through an alley a covered oval shape motor court surmounted by a brushed aluminum drum that is far to reflect the style of the city. The doormen and valets are sweet and attentive but they charge you a hefty daily price to park your car there... Than you enter lobbies after lobbies, corridors after corridors changing...

Thank you for sharing about your recent stay with us during a conference. I was glad to hear that overall our staff were friendly and helpful, but I apologize for the service in MKT being slow. Multiple stays at this location when traveling for work, yet to be disappointed. Restaurant downstairs is convenient and valet is prompt. Rooms are well-appointed and bathrooms spacious with good minibar stock. No complaints, just as you would expect from 4S.

I stayed at the Four Seasons for two nights while in San Francisco on business. From the very time of my arrival the management and staff were impeccably polite and helpful. Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
