This hotel was great for the price. Good parking. Nice staff. Amazing location for a lot of activities. Great for biking the bridge. Would definitely return. San Francisco in that area is nice and felt safe.
We stayed here for eight days and had a wonderful time—excellent service and caring staff—clean and updated—housekeeping was very good—we also enjoyed going to the food service area for breakfast—a special thank you to Carlos at the front desk—we will definitely stay here again
We stayed in Hotel Caza for one night in September. Our room was clean and spacious and the hotel is conveniently located for visiting Fisherman’s Wharf. The staff in reception were friendly when we were actually there but dealing with them by email before our arrival was frustrating. They took so long to respond to my enquiry about late check-out I had given up and booked a day rate room on a different website. It was my husband’s birthday when we arrived and I emailed three weeks before to ask if they could arrange for a birthday cake to be delivered to the room as a surprise but they weren’t able to help with this which was disappointing.
This place was great! When we arrived, we realised we had made a mistake and had booked for the next year instead of of 2022! The staff were great (I think her name was Vanessa) and made sure we got everything sorted without any extra fees. The rooms are nice and clean and the beds are comfy! They also have a bar and a little shop for snacks downstairs which is great when you’re travelling!
Extremely impressed with the friendly and helpful attitude of all staff members we encountered. The hotel is comfortable, cheerful and superbly located. I highly recommend the Caza for a fun stay in SF.
Charged a per day fee for the use of a mini refrigerator, which I felt was ridiculous. Good security measure taken by only allowing the elevator to go to your floor with your room key card. The nightly “milk and cookies” was a nice perk at the end of a busy day.
My husband and i went to San Francisco and stayed at hotel caza. It was the perfect location, we had a great time! On our last day we were having some trouble trying to get our flight tickets printed out and leslie at the front desk was kind enough to do it for us. She saw us struggling and didn’t think twice before helping us. We will be coming back, thanks again leslie!!!
I just stayed here recently with my family to see a 49ers game. The hotel is in a great location, as it is 2 blocks away from pier 39 in fisherman's wharf. I was not familiar with the area, and the hotel was able to assist me with the great car service Estifanos Travel & Luxury Car which made transportation to and from the game and to the airport extremely easy. They have a nice pool to cool off in when it is hot, and billiards and shuffleboard inside for the evenings and during poor weather. Go check them out!
My second time at the Hotel Caza and it keeps getting better. My new home away from home. Vanessa at the front desk is the most helpful of any hospitality staff I’ve ever encountered. It’s a 5 star experience…great for the business person or family. THANK YOU CAZA FAMILY AND VANESSA SEE YOU NEXT TIME Sincerely, Bradley Caro Cook
The hotel was well placed for day trips around San Francisco. The room was clean, spacious and well appointed. The Bar and games area looked interesting, but unfortunately was closed during much of our stay. Hopefully post-covid it will return to a more active hub. Desk staff were friendly and helpful during every interaction.
