Overall I was very excited about this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern. Our bathroom was very clean, modern, and had a sauna in the shower. The toilets have electric bidets. I love that the room has a sink outside of the bathroom. The location is good being close to chestnut street and close to the Big Bus tour stop. HOWEVER, the most important thing in a hotel is having peace and quiet so you can sleep and rest. The walls and floor is very thin. I put a towel under the door to muffle the hallway noise. Being close to the elevator you can hear every time someone goes in and out. The man next to us stepped out and asked us if we heard loud music, which we didn't so I assume he must be hearing someone under him. At night, we heard a couple arguing and realized they were under us. We paid no attention but then the couple got violent and woke us up at midnight. They were screaming off the top of their lungs, threatening to KILL each other, and the man was throwing things across the room, which we not only heard but could feel through the walls. We called the front desk and the lady said she had spoken to them earlier but my husband told her she should call the police since they were threatening each other. I believe she never did because they were fighting again at 4am. Honestly, I can't say I would stay here again which is such a shame. You can't sleep, don't feel safe, or feel that a murder is going to take place under you. I wish this hadn't happened because it spoiled my views on the hotel. I will probably look elsewhere but they should find ways to reduce noise travel within the entire property.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel . Staff was very friendly (guy at the counter & the cleaning ladies ) the hotel was always clean , they clean our room every day ( since I noticed most of the others hotel are not cleaning everyday due to COVID or at least that’s what the other big names hotel told us during my 3 weeks trip at different states) anyways this hotel is close to pretty much everything . You don’t need a car to move around cuz everything is right there . From the outside the hotel doesn’t say anything but once you get your room is very modern . There is a cafe on the first floor which breakfast sandwich are pretty good . Once you get you breakfast go to the 4th floor patio , you will enjoy an amazing view of the golden bridge . Over all we loved our stay at infinity .

In very expensive San Francisco, this hotel is oasis. Good rates for a clean room, in a great location. The location is fantastic. Popular and safe Marina district, with Chestnut Street (and lot of good dining, one block away). The rooms are clean, modern (hotel opened 8 months ago), have nice shower pressure/temp., and easy wifi that stays connected and is fast. But on the bad, the windows all open right into the hallways, and they are big windows, so you need to keep the shades closed. And I was in room 405 (middle of the hotel), and you could hear and FEEL everyone walking in the hallways. It was really annoying and why thi is 4* and not 5*. The staff are there, not overly friendly, but get the job done. There is no on-site dining or parking but the room had mini-fridge/freezer. They are working on building a coffee shop. It does however have a terrace both in the front and more importantly in the back, with a neat view of the city hills and bridge. Would I return here? Likely yes as the pros outweigh the cons and the rates are fantastic for San Francisco.
