I stayed at Hotel Kabuki for two weeks while my daughter was in the hospital nearby. It was comfortable and convenient. My regular room was ample, especially in light of the length of stay. The staff was kind and supportive. The location was perfect -- walking distance to the hospital, fun and safe neighborhood to walk in, great nearby restaurants. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Very limited parking and outdated slow ev chargers but no dedicated parking for charging; so always occupied by non-ev vehicles. No service except for one person to check in and out. That was the only employee we saw during our 3 day stay this April. No bar or restaurant service not even for providing drinks and food to take to the room while all restaurants and bars n San Francisco were open for outside and inside service. “Breakfast” was provided at the front desk; every day the same a very small amount of yoghurt and granola and a very small apple. Total lack of hospitality.

Dear B1821BWjand, Thank you for your feedback. We are indeed running with a scaled-down offering of services per the latest guidelines provided by SF County and the state of California. We are currently operating with a limited range of services, as well as fewer rooms in circulation. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to operate amidst certain limitations, and we hope you will give us the opportunity to welcome you back once things are back to normal. Please feel free to contact me directly, I want to make it up to you and discuss a solution. Thank you for your time, and hope to hear from you soon with much appreciation, JOYCE YUN DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS HOTEL KABUKI | JDV BY HYATT Joyce.yun@jdvhotels.com
