1. You should tell customers upfront (before they book rooms) that renovations are happening and that that means there will be a period where water is shut off, there will be no access to a restaurant or bar and most importantly that they probably will not be able to sleep 2. Could not sleep due to noise of construction. 3....

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Kabuki. My room was clean and inviting, and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located within walking distance to many restaurants and stores for shopping.

I am here for an over night business trip and upon my search of the area, this place came up as the least expensive spot ($113). I love staying in Japan Town when I'm in SF because there's not as much traffic, sirens blaring all night and not a lot of foot traffic. Plus there is awesome restaurants on every...

Rooms are Japanese in decor. Beds were nice but a little small. Also room to set up a pack and play. Great view of the city from room. Remodeling going on right now of lobby bar and restaurant so cannot comment on this, however lots of great food and drink nearby within walking distance.

I have been staying in Kabuki for two years now. I wish you had room service. The service is friendly and a homely feeling is what I get. The restaurants close by have good food and lots of variety. I wish though you had an indoor swimming pool like most japan hotels.

Great location, affordable parking(in parking garage, not the valet), friendly & attentive staff. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Love the Japanese bathtub. Although undergoing renovation, the entire staff made sure I got to my meeting space and elevators.

I stayed at the Hotel Kabuki this weekend and i must say it was a nice comfortable place with a lot of unique touches....Like the Onsen or Japanese soaking tub and the 4pm (Mon thru Fri) Sake tasting! Serving the Sake was a delightful Chileana woman and we had fascinating conversation about Sake and Chilean wines....The gentleman who checked me...

This hotel feels so much more worn and tired than our stay 3 years ago. Fortunately they are starting to renovate. The first room I was giving was very sad. I went back to the front desk and mentioned that the room was too worn and they very nicely upgraded me to a sauna suite. This room was much better...

The staff was the nicest and most helpful ever! The price for the room was reasonable, location great and convenient and the spa was lovely. We had a great view from our room. They served us Sake upon our arrival and had a great coffee and water at your disposal in the lobby.
