It doesn’t have a kitchen or a dining room, the neighborhood is horrible (the worst part of San Francisco) and it’s too expensive considering all these things and that it doesn’t include breakfast The description on the website doresn’t match the actual hotel

agusdeganzo, Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share this feedback with us about your stay. Very sorry to hear that you were disappointed by your stay and the location. Our neighborhood and location is one of our favorite things about the property, with Polk street a half a block away and filled with many delicious food options and interesting shops, as well as the gorgeous buildings and views from nearby Nob Hill, and a short walk to Japantown. Sorry to hear that you did not agree, but hope we get a chance to host you again so we can have another chance to tell you about all the awesome things nearby in the neighborhood that we love. Very happy to see that you gave us great marks in cleanliness, service, sleep quality, and about the room itself (the Tupac room is indeed pretty awesome). As indicated on our website, the majority of our rooms do not have a kitchen, sorry if there was any confusion surrounding that during the booking process. Thanks again for your stay!

I have travelled 35- 50% of my time in the last 20 years. I like unique hotels that offer a different experience while delivering consistently predictable comfort and location. Location is crtical in certain cities since a rental car and Valet parking together are often as much or more than the Hotel stay. You will be in Awe at the photography on walls. and will be able to relax in comfort. Book it, you will Love it!
