Very comfortable Inn. Room was average size and nice. Continental breakfast is served everyday and was good. Had popcorn nite and another nite Smores were offered! There was a trail out the back of the Inn that led to Acadia NP but we were not familiar with where we were in the Park when we tried it so it really...

This inn is very centrally located to Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor. It is an older establishment, but very clean. Unfortunately, the beds were hard and sheets needed to be replaced. Old wallpaper should be stripped and painted but the extremely friendly staff, cleanliness and location made up for it.

Chose this place because they have a hiking path on the property to take to the Carriage Path. Other reason I chose this is we didn't want to have to drive into busy Bar Harbor and wanted a place on the shuttle line. Unfortunately the shuttle stopped running for the season two days before we arrived. We had no idea...

Stayed Sunday through Tuesday doing photo shoots in Acadia National Park. Excellent location! The entrance to the park is conveniently just north of the hotel. The town of Bar Harbor and its plentiful restaurants is just a short distance south from the Acadia Inn. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and public areas were...

The inn was about a mile out of the main part of town so it was nice and quiet and easy to travel back and forth into the town of Bar Harbor. The breakfast was good for a continental type. We really enjoyed the s'mores out by the the fire pit on one of the nights. We would stay again...

The Acadia Inn is a well kept inn within walking distance to town. It is in need of updating, but the staff is wonderful. The breakfast had a variety ranging from eggs, to biscuits and gravy, sausages, cereal, fresh fruit, oatmeal, etc. There is a shuttle to town, as well.
