In view of the mixed reviews, I was not quite sure what to expect. Upon arrival, my transfer arranged via the hotel was not at the airport to pick me up - My second visit to Guam and this also occured with the Westin. I approached the airport information desk, who very kindly called the hotel who sent a driver....

I've been staying at the Hilton in Tumon for the past 5 years, since the Mariott here went downhill. First, let me say that the pools, the jacuzzi, the beach, the views, the breakfast bufffet at the Islander Terrace ($23, or included in some packages), and the Tree Bar, and the HH Diamond Lounge are all great. The internet access...

Service: big plus for allowing a free early check-in at 7am which was much needed after a 5 hour red-eye from Hong Kong. Also extra points for upgrade to Premier Tower and for granting a 4pm late check-out (but only after complaining about housekeeping). Staff was generally friendly and helpful. Housekeeping: forgot to tidy our room two days in the...

Tasi club offers free drinks at the Tasi club. It is a good deal. All the rooms in this tower is ocean view. The location is at the end of the Bay, so it is very quiet. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. The level of service is not bad at all. I do not mind going back there again.

Have stayed here on four separate one-night visits while transiting through Guam to Southeast Asia. First, the bad: The hotel makes a poor impression when you arrive -- each time we have been greeted by a gang of smokers congregating around the main entrance. The rooms are fairly shabby and in need of updating. Mold and mildew evident throughout bathroom....

Arrived at 4am and was met at the airport by the hotel's transfer service (arranged prior to arrival). Check in was smooth as we paid for that night too (didn't want to argue for early check in at 5am). Our rooms were ready with the extra bed, extra towels as requested by the time we arrived. Rooms were a good...

Stayed for four nights at the task club junior suite with my wife. Upon arrival, the check-in was smooth. The first impression of the room was great and it stayed that way during our stay. The amenities were sufficient, although we had to ask for our toothbrushes even though they were complimentary and no slippers. After, settling down we went...

Arrived at the Hilton Resort and Spa in Guam on a recent trip and found the check in process easy and quick. Elevator to my 6th floor room and opened the door to an average hotel room. The view was not great as it faced the parking lot versus the ocean but I was not expecting that anyway... The room...

I stayed here for six days and was a bit disappointed by how dated and worn the hotel is as well as by its location. I was surprised by the marks on the walls from wear and tear and other things of this nature that seemed to demonstrate a lack of care for the facilities, and I want to stress...
