Just returned from a four day business trip to Guam, and found this hotel the perfect mix of business and leisure facilities. Great pool including poolside bar - and a 24 hour gym made work downtime very rewarding. Fantastic broadband, spacious desk and a view of the bay made the serious part of the trip easy. Great food in the...

Every stage (from booking, to occupancy to departing) was hastle. Staff that I delt with hardly spoke English, hardly knew anything about their hotel, and noded and said yes to everything. Saving grace was front desk manager and assistant - but as managers of incompetent people they need to ask themselves some serious questions. Guam has more visitors then Korean...

I arrived and listen as the older bellman told the younger one "Say Welcome to the Hyatt" he didn't he was too shy I must have been his first guest? The front desk was no different, the staff were clearly all new and knew none of the answers such as, do you have wireless internet in the rooms?... "I think...

Some reviews below make it seem bad. I just wanna say I have stayed at this hotel several times from 2005 to 2007. It is in one of the best spots. If you dont know, the Hilton spot is much less convenient if you want to walk to the big shops. Hyatt is right at the shops. Hyatt is attractive...

Just returned from a 9-day buisness trip to the Hyatt Regency in Guam. Despite some of the warnings from reviews on this site, I chose the Hyatt based on its location and reviews of other similar properties. Upon arrival, the renovations were still well underway continuing even during the weekend. The lobby area was, as described, a few desks manned...

We overnighted in Guam between Bali and Honolulu. I had read about the renovation of the hotel and all the screaming kids in the pool from other readers although we had a different experience. First of all, they are still renovating and there is not much choice for dining or shopping within the hotel. That being said the front desk...

Well I made my reservations weeks in advaced. They had my credit card info and all my information prior to our stay. When I and my newly wed wife got to the hotel it took a very long time to check in (15-20 mins) considering I made reseverations. I felt for paying 750.00 dollars for one night you would be...

I booked this room in Guam because it was listed #1 on trip advisor. When I got to my room, I tried to use the internet but it did not work (despite the fact I was sure to pick a place with wireless in the room when I made the reservation). I asked the front desk and they told me...

The Hyatt enjoys many positive attributes, such as a location in the center of the Tumon action on an amazing stretch of beach. Its pool facilities are well landscaped and have a fun waterslide. However, in the areas of service and rooms, the hotel falls far short of the other large American chain hotels on Guam. The rooms were looking...

If you're planning to shop while on Guam, the Hyatt is in the perfect location - close to Tumon Bay's shops and restaurants. You can walk up and down the beach in either direction as well. Pools: There are three separate pools and one hot tub. One of the pools was closed when I visited. The pool area is setup...
