This hotel is outdated, the rooms the facilities were just meh. The rooms could have been cleaner. Food was ok, pool was ok. Nothing spectacular. From the balcony window, there were ocean views and views of the hotel next door, which offered a great adventure style of swimming pools (probably should have picked that one). Service was just ok, but...

I was very nervous coming here after reading so many bad reviews..... but honestly, the place totally doesn't deserve the bad press it's getting. Yes, it could use a paint job and some updating, but there is nothing glaringly wrong. The rooms are clean and well kept, but most importantly, this hotel offers a ton of really value-adding amenities. First...

I stayed at the Pacific Star Resort and Spa for only night due to my room having a horrible mold smell. I am allergic to mold and luckily had allergy medication with me to counteract the effects. The room was expensive at $176 a night and there are for less expensive hotels that are better. Check trip advisor and compare...

Place was clean and people were efficient. However, this used to be a Marriott hotel but there has been no improvements that I could see except for a wedding chapel. It is really run down. Old flower boxes outside are empty and moldy. An outside pool bar is boarded up and falling down. They have an indoor bar near the...

Took the Weekend local rate promo with breakfast. Service at breakfast was great, although the cashier was unfriendly and didn't pay attention. Waitstaff was awesome though. Check in was good. We enjoyed the beach and poolside, staff on both was courteous.

The hotel is not what it used to be when under the Marriott name. The service is ok, but the upkeep of the hotel is not. Room service is also good, but not up to the standards it once was. Bottled water is no longer an amenity. The wifi was spotty and not really reliable. The buffet is ok, and...

Stay away. Lobby is lovely, but that's only to fool you into checking in. The wallpaper in the hallways is peeling. The carpeting in the rooms is damp and never dries. The TVs are the old CRTs (tube TVs). The remote to mine was so old, the "on" and "channel up" buttons did not work. Also, the volume on the...

I knew my experience wasn't going to be too pleasant when I tried to check into the hotel. When a hotel posts that check in time is 3 Pm, that should tell you that by that time everything is good, correct? Wrong. I arrived at 3:15 and I had to wait an hour for my room, because it wasn't "ready"...

This hotel was once quite nice, but as of late it's run down and over priced. You have to pay extra for wifi and the wifi is abysmal. The location is a bit far down the strip of Tumon, the shopping is a bit of a walk but not impossible. The rates vary from competitive to on the expensive side....
