While a bit pricey, if you seek a luxurious 3 bedroom house with a beachfront view and super friendly, knowledgeable staff, then this place is for you. Little touches of thoughtfulness made us feel so welcome. Be sure to follow their recommendations for places to eat. So delicious.

Just arrived home from wonderful trip Maui! Our last 3 days were spent at the Paia Inn, and truly ended our trip on a high note. The property is outstanding, located right in the hub of Paia close to everything you need. It is located right on the beach and the hotel provides beach chairs, beach towels, and boogey boards....

The beach house at Paia Inn was perfect for our group of four. There was enough space for everyone and it was such a perfect location for restaurants and shops and for going to the beach. I would highly recommend and wish we would have stayed more nights.

Our family stayed in the 3 bedroom house, part of the Paia Inn in Paia, Maui, Hawaii! We had a wonderful time. Staff was great and cleaning staff did a great job on cleaning each day as well! They were always very attentive. Direct access to a gorgeous beach. A bit scary walking over the lava rock to get to...

We stayed at the Paia Inn for two nights at the beginning of our Maui trip for our 10th Anniversary. It was great to experience a different part of the island. The hotel is very cute with awesome employees. We opted for the small room---and it was cozy. It was great being able to walk to restaurants--a good variety of...

We stayed here for one night and should have stayed longer. What a perfect spot and Hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. It was our first night in Hawaii and it could not have been better - despite the presence of hurricanes.

We absolutely LOVED it here! This was our first trip to Hawaii and we didn't want to go the traditional tourist/resort route and I truly think we did it right! Paia Inn is incredible. They are laidback cool and artsy. The breakfast is awesome and they had different specials each time we checked in. Also, the private beach access is...

You can tell as soon as you walk in that this is no ordinary hotel. Laidback reception area with a bowl of candy is just the start. We stayed in a room on the second floor and the hallway/general hang-out area was full of curious pieces of art. As for the rooms, they were small, but the bed was comfortable...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The postcard perfection of Maui’s North Shore (white sand beaches, raging waterfalls, stylish cafes, and world-class surfers) just got even better with the opening of the Paia Inn. This beach town boutique hotel seamlessly blends modern amenities with the historic character of its building. In a nod to the town’s plantation trade days, the building’s exterior has retained its charm with tin rooftops and rustic hues; yet, the interior mixes contemporary island furnishings with the chic lushness of the W Hotel. ... more   less
