The resort was beyond our expectations. It was spacious, had all the appliances you need, also had cooking utensils AND a stackable washer and dryer!!! The beach is right across the street. We walked over many times during the day just to see if the turtles were sunbathing. Will definitely stay here again!

Walked into the room with twin beds and smelled like piss. I thought maybe I was just losing my mind, but after sitting on the bed for some time, I kept smelling it. I put my nose to the blanket and it REEKED of piss. Moved the blanket aside and smelled the sheet, REEKED of piss. I even went so far as to remove all linens from that corner of the bed, and the mattress itself REEKED of piss. This tells me that they did not change the linens between guests because the piss smell was coming from the same corner of the blankets, sheet, and mattress. I put my head on someone else’s uncleaned piss. You’d think that during a pandemic, they’d at least change the linens between guests. AT LEAST! Not happy at all and completely grossed out.

Stayed in Dec 2020, very disappointed in the maintenance and cleanliness of facility. This facility is about 20 years passed due for a remodel to the pool and the exterior of the buildings. Easy access to the beach is the only positive

We've owned a timeshare here for over 20 years, and have always enjoyed staying here. We stayed in 110 this time and it has a patio with grass and an ocean view. The beach is right across the street, and dollies restaurant is down the block, along with a couple more spots. The condo was clean and furnished with the essentials. My only complaint is only one barbeque working out of two! Not that big of a deal, but the other one should be fixed asap! Kapalua, Kannapalli and Lahaina are close by. Enjoy your stay!!

Pros: - One minute walk to the beach. We also saw whales from our lanai! - Full kitchen - stove, oven, microwave, sink, dishwasher. The cabinets are fully stocked with utensils and cookware items. - It’s a pretty big space for a one bedroom condo. - Washer and Dryer in the kitchen - Parking is convenient Cons: - Not the cleanest. The fake flowers, plants, carpet, and couch were dusty. The living room and bedroom had a dusty and “old” smell which made me sneeze all night. - The bedroom room was LOUD from the traffic outside. There was no AC in the bedroom and our room was right next to the highway. - Shower water was warm and not hot. Overall, I would give it a 5/10. Really enjoyed the convenience of having a full kitchen even though we only stayed one night. I like having choices. Nothing spectacular about this place. I wouldn’t stay here again because of the cleanliness and the noise from the traffic outside. Aside from that, the ocean view was great and the condo was spacious. If you’re looking for the sparkles and glitter that a hotel resort provides, skip this place and head to one of the nicer hotels in Kaanapali.
