Pleasantly surprised at this condo. Just like a one bedroom apartment and can save hard earned cash by cooking your own meals - as much as you want. Right on the ocean along not at one of the better beaches. Still nothing between you and...More
This was a timeshare exchange for us, and it was the first time that we didn't stay at a resort. This was more of a condominium complex, but that's OK, because it suited our style of visiting Hawaii. This complex consisted of two side by...More
We stayed in room 607, which is a one bedroom suite with an ocean view. (Only two bedroom suites have ocean front views.) It was very clean and nicely decorated and had a large lanai which overlooked the pool and from which you could see...More

"Construction work will not be an issue at the present time, or in the immediate near future for those staying in the Plumeria building..." You ought to be ashamed of yourself. Let's be honest here. Yes, the construction is on Anthurium building right now. We had the pleasure of discovering this upon check in. While it is true the construction hasn't started on the Plumeria building itself, to give the impression the construction will not impact your stay is unforgivable. True, you won't have to put up with your lanai being unusable or being unable to open your curtains because of workers right outside. However, the pool is directly in the middle of the 2 buildings. It is virtually vacant during the day because of the NOISE of the construction. These are jack hammers that are being used! And I see so many people with small children and all I can think about is trying to get them to take a nap with the racket going on! People save for years to be able to travel to Maui, so please...at least have the decency to be HONEST to potential visitors about what they can expect!
