We picked Koa Lagoon based on previous travelers' notes here on Tripadvisor. It was a winner. Our unit, #605, has recently been updated in a very appealing way. We found that it was completely comfortable and that the location, with only grass between our location and the ocean, was excellent. We explored most of Maui from here and then at... More

We stayed in #302 for 9 nights in April 2009. We selected Koa Lagoon based upon other reviews on Trip Advisor and were very pleased with our selection. This was our first time to Maui (and Hawaii). #302 we were told was a premium unit (extra $10/night). It had stainless steel stovetop with electronic oven and dishwasher, included fridge with... Our family of 4 stayed in room 406, a one-bedroom suite. The suite was fully equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and stove/oven, and large flat panel TV with cable and DVD player. Included as well is free long distance telephone to Canada and the states. The four of us were easily accommodated within the suite with a large sofa bed... More

We just got back from 2 weeks on Maui. I chose the Koa because of the good reviews on Trip advisor and every word I've read was true. My mum cam too and stayed in 102 and my husband, me and our 2 small children stayed in 206. 102 was on round and 206 was 1 floor up which meant... More

We spent 5 days at the Koa Lagoon, and had a great time. The unit (201) was a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath with large kitchen, family room, laundry facilities, and lanai. I woke up every morning to a gorgeous sunset, and postcard-perfect views of the ocean - heavenly! I loved hearing the calming rhythmic sound of the ocean waves every day.... More
