Stayed 4 nights at this fantastic place! Great location Great Pool Great Condo Great Beaches near by or walking and Mili at the front desk will be one of our top memories of the trip to Maui! I really don't car about all the other questions about "hand sanitizer" and "masks" because this world has become too "Germaphobic" for me!

It seems that satisfaction at this property is based on perspective and the unit that you stay in. If you are expecting luxury resort, then you won't be happy, but if you are looking for a beautiful, comfortable, affordable place for your family to stay while on Maui then this is your location. We were in 10-408 and were immediately captivated by the amazing view of the property and the ocean. The grounds here are amazingly beautiful and well maintained. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful and never felt unsafe here. The layout of the condo was perfect for our family of 5 - which included 2 teenage girls who loved having there own room and bathroom. We were comfortable and cool upstairs and down. Some of the features were a bit old and "well-worn" but we felt it only added to the charm of a beach stay - we didn't want to spend much time in our condo anyway! The lanai was a favorite spot for enjoying the view. Our unit had everything we needed for the beach including chairs, boogie boards and beach toys. The location was amazing - right across from the Kamaole beaches and a spectacular grassy park area where people gathered in the evening for a wonderful sunset. For a change from the beach, we also spent some time at the condo's pool area. It is a bit small but not overcrowded while we were there. This location is in a perfect spot for enjoying your stay on Maui - there were restaurants and shopping areas within walking distance and most things on the island were within a 30-45 minute drive. South Kihei Rd is a busy street so watch out for traffic, but it was a fun and friendly atmosphere overall. Mahalo to Kamaole Sands!

The grounds are stunning. The condo was super dated (10-411) was so dated as many others appeared to be. We had a broken knife set and asked it to be replaced twice. We were told it would be fixed. It never was. I asked for new sheet sets twice. Again, never received. Two TV sets didn’t work. We were told the concierge had left for the day. Nothing we could do. The carpet smelled the cigarettes. They’d send someone up. No one ever came. Broken stove burner. On and on. You get the drift. Fortunately, we got a refund and went elsewhere. Unfortunately, they had no real interest in fixing the issues. I’m hoping this review will motivate some changes. Spend your money elsewhere until they renovate!

In general, this place is seedy and low budget. We noticed it immediately upon arrival. Also, we had a serious security issue where an owner below us was stalking us and scared a young woman in our group very much. We filed a police report. Then we alerted security for the complex and they were suuuuper creepy. This place is not safe. Do not stay here no matter what you read on reviews. There are many nice places to stay in Kihei without endangering your family and loved ones.

We travel ALOT and this is one of the most comfortable places we have stayed in a long time. It was the closest thing to our personal vacation home in CO. Our condo was equipped with all the necessities to cook breakfast and have mimosas each morning on the lanai. If you are going to cook even a little, go to the Walmart a 15 min drive away---you will save alot of money! One of the best perks was our condo allowed us to use their personal beach items (beach toys, chairs, body boards, etc) and from what we were told, this was the norm. It was so convenient that they had a washer and dryer in the units---I would have packed much less had I realized. There is a beautiful beach across the street and we had a good view of it from the room. Our favorite beach was closer to Wailea, Kihei Rd. actually dead ends about a 5 min drive to the condo and the beach is located there---it's a little more low-key than the ones right off the main road--one of the locals told us to go there to snorkel. The first 10 minutes, we saw amazing fish and 3 sea turtles. The water is usually very calm with good visibilty. If we go back to Maui anytime soon, we will definitely stay here again! The staff was super friendly and helpful!
