Kihei Alii Kai ... The D building and C bldg.
Do either have an elevator from the ground floor where one parks a car?
The A&B buildings require a person to climb at least 12 steps upward with heavy arrival luggage before reaching the lowest level of their one elevator.
As one 'senior' woman, this is painful in the dark.
The C & D locations would reduce the horrible noise made by fans/air conditioners from the businesses in the Dolphin Plaza which one passes on the way into the Alii Kai complex.
Their noise really carries into the B complex, especially neutralizing the pleasure of relaxing on its lanais.
I prefer ocean views to the south-west. Not the ocean views with the West Maui mountains (bldg A).
I prefer a sunny lanai.
I love this complex's pool and especially the large hot tub. Being a senior, the jets are good for my aches after swimming and water running or fighting waves in the ocean most of the day.
I would like to know how you found an owner's web-site to enquire about accommodation in D or C.
I am always interested in long term visits. I love Kihei and Maui, especially at the Kamaole 1 & 2 beaches. Please pass on the web sites to me which are NOT agencies because they charge high fees and may not specify which condo one is booked into.
Thank you for any help that you can offer.

If you drive up the hill and park in the back parking lot, you just have to walk to the building and take the elevator, thus avoiding all stairs. I am fairly sure you can get to each floor via the elevator. Usually you can email the owners and get the exact location and directions. I don't get on this site too often so sorry so late in answering, but someone else might want to know, too.
