Maalaea Surf Resort is an amazing beachfront property with only 59 one and two bedroom condos set on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaping. Designed to replicate the feel of old Hawaii, the resort has eight 2-story Polynesian buildings with amazing ocean views from each condo. The white sandy beach that borders the property is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boards and building sand castles. Amenities include free on-resort parking, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, pickle ball court, two shuffleboard courts, eight common barbecues and on-site laundry facilities.

No not on almost all of Sugar Beach, no rocks to speak of, occasional small piece of coral.
