If you want to go somewhere to completely unplug and unwind this is the place. A peaceful and serene feeling can be found at property. It’s like a big deep breath. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly, happy, and helpful. It wouldn’t take any convincing to get me to stay there again.
The visit was extremely enjoyable and the wonderful folks there shared plenty of Aloha. The resort is in the middle of a relaxed community yet there was an abundance of privacy. We are looking forward to going back soon.
Beautiful hotel set in a most spectacular setting. The rooms were large and comfortable and the bathrooms were large and luxurious . A great place to relax and spend time with the whole family. Loved the ‘unplugged’ atmosphere and all the fun amenities like tennis, putt-putt golf, and basketball for the kids.
We had a wonderful three-night stay over Thanksgiving break, 2021. The service was impeccable and anticipatory, the grounds and main pool were beautiful, the restaurant was fine (it's better before the sun sets). The only disappointment was our room. While it was big, it felt like it hadn't been updated since the 1980s. Plus, we were in a line of rooms that run along the main road through Hana, so we could hear cars driving by blasting their stereos, waking us up in the early morning. The lack of A/C was annoying, too, and made it hard to sleep. The shower was amazing, though. Other than the room, the hotel grounds are spectacular. You can sit in chairs next to the ocean, relax by the beautiful pool...there is plenty of room to find your space. The concierge, Michelle, was SO helpful, providing beach chairs and umbrellas and helping to load them into the car. Hamoa Beach was an amazing experience (get the huli huli chicken for lunch). The nearby black sand beach (which cost $15 per person) was just alright. Too crowded. Also, the Pipiwai Trail was just okay, at least in my family's eyes. …
So blessed to have a bungalow by the ocean at this spectacular place. Stayed with my mom, reconnecting after a year apart. She flew in from Egypt, me from LA. This was a quiet, incredible experience. Nature abounds, all around us. Relaxation was everywhere. My mom kept saying this is a magical paradise- I was so proud to take her here- a bucket list experience. Thank you so much for great service, and amazing experiences.
